Returns Policy

Due to the medical and clinical nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items once they have been dispatched. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, sterility, and integrity of all medical-grade products we supply.

Wrong or Incorrect Products

If you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Important conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • You must provide photographic evidence of the incorrect item received
  • Products must be returned in their original condition

Damaged or Defective Products
